The solstice was another major portal/turning point after so many others in such quick succession. Here are a few articles (seeds) I copied to my wordpad so I could read them at the time. Again, it’s a grab bag of knowledge that, well, may lead to growth.

[On the Seed Banque I would also lie to plant some healing audio and music from the People Like Us Project, the other site I’m working on. These recordings were all taken live in the field, while on the road with a friend, Michael, last summer when we visited some of the spirited places in the West Coast and the wonderful people we hung out with or talked to or played music with. On a lovely late October morning, we found Sol in the courtyard playing her harmonium. Birds can be heard chirping, and water from a fountain is running in the background. We had our instruments with us, quite conveniently, so we joined her in this short recording. In perfect timing, Will Cooper called in, and he joined us for a song via speakerphone (my favorite part)! At the end of this track is a guitar tune I had recorded earlier that morning (same day, same vibe), which brings the total running time for this track to exactly 33 minutes.
Good for grounding, centering and smiling!
